Coach App Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Premium Life Coach App, including its owner, client, coaching, course, messaging, and reporting features. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Private beta service

The Coach App is currently an evolving private beta. Features may change, be corrected, or become temporarily unavailable. We will use reasonable care to operate and support the service, but beta access does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share login links, authentication codes, or another person's private information. Tell support promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, send unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, or use another team's data without authorization.

4. Your content

You retain responsibility for materials, instructions, client information, and other content you submit. You authorize Premium Life to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI limitations

AI-generated coaching and suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. They are educational support, not medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, client communication, and review of outputs before relying on them.

6. Trials, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Trial length, price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are the terms shown in the specific Skool offer or community through which you joined. Those offer terms and applicable law control if they conflict with this general service document. The Coach App does not create an additional payment promise beyond that selected offer.

7. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may request account deletion through the app or support.

8. Service responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided as available and without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version and effective date above identify the terms currently published. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel.
