Premium Life Launchpad & AI Coach Operating System

1. Introduction

Premium Life ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Premium Life platform, including the Premium Life Launchpad and the AI Coach Operating System (collectively referred to as the "Services"), accessible via coach.premiumlife.app and related environments.

By accessing, registering for, or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

These Services are provided in a beta and experimental stage and are offered on an "as-is" basis.

2. Nature of the Service

Premium Life provides:

• Online membership programs
• Educational content and coaching systems
• AI-powered coaching tools (AI Coach, PLL Coach, Marketing Coach)
• Community-based platforms and integrations

The AI Coach Operating System is an evolving system that simulates coaching interactions using user-provided data. It is not guaranteed to be accurate, reliable, or secure.

3. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication data (Google OAuth or magic link)
• Coach Programming Data: Your methodology, course content, frameworks, FAQs, and setup inputs
• Chat Conversations: Messages during onboarding and ongoing AI coaching interactions
• Usage Data: Platform activity, features used, session duration, and engagement
• Integration Data: Tokens and configuration data for Slack, GoHighLevel, and other integrations
• Skool Community Data (optional Chrome extension only): If you install the Coach App browser extension, the member names, Skool handles, e-mail addresses Skool shows you as the community owner, join-survey answers, and community activity it reads from the Skool pages you open. Set out in full in section 9

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the platform
• Program and run your personalized AI Coach
• Deliver coaching experiences to you and your clients
• Generate reports and insights on engagement and performance
• Manage subscriptions, payments, and support
• Send service-related communications
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

5. AI Data Processing

By using the Services, you acknowledge:

• Your inputs are used to configure and operate your AI Coach
• AI systems process your data in real-time to generate responses
• Your coaching content (methodology, frameworks, voice) powers your AI agent

We do not sell your data or use it to train general public AI models.

6. User Responsibility for Data Sharing

You are fully responsible for any data you share.

You agree that:

• You will only share information you are comfortable disclosing
• Any personal or sensitive data is shared at your own risk
• Once submitted, data may be processed by AI systems and may not be fully controllable or reversible

Premium Life is not responsible for how user-submitted data is processed, retained, or exposed within the system.

7. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We may share data with:

• Service providers (e.g., Supabase, OpenAI, hosting providers)
• Integrations (Slack, GoHighLevel, CRM systems)
• Legal authorities when required

We do not sell personal data.

Third-party services operate under their own policies, and we are not responsible for their behavior.

8. Slack & Integrations

When you connect integrations (e.g., Slack):

• AI Coach bots operate within designated channels
• Each client is assigned a private channel
• Tokens are stored and used to deliver functionality

You are responsible for how you configure and use integrations.

9. Coach App Chrome Extension for Skool

The Coach App browser extension is optional. You install it yourself, it runs only on Skool pages you are already viewing while signed in to your own Skool account, and the only server it sends your data to is coach.premiumlife.app.

9.1 Signing in with Google

The extension signs you in using Chrome's built-in Google sign-in. When you choose to sign in, Google asks for your permission and then issues a token that identifies you by two things: your Google account e-mail address, and your basic Google profile (your name and profile picture). The extension passes that token to Coach App for one purpose — to match you to your own Premium Life account, so the panel shows your data and nobody else's.

• Your Google e-mail address and basic profile are used to sign you in, and for nothing else
• They are never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with data brokers
• The extension cannot read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service. Those permissions are not requested and cannot be exercised
• Your sign-in details are kept while your account is active and are deleted with your account, as described in section 11

9.2 Every permission the extension requests, and why

• identity — to sign you in with Google, as described above
• storage — to remember your sign-in state and your settings inside your own browser
• scripting — to draw the Coach App panel and buttons onto the Skool page you are looking at
• sidePanel — to open Coach App in Chrome's side panel beside Skool
• Access to www.skool.com — to read the Skool pages you are already viewing, including the images Skool serves for them. This is read access to Skool, and to Skool only
• Access to coach.premiumlife.app — your own Coach App account, which is where your data goes

The extension requests nothing beyond this list, and has no access to any other website you visit.

9.3 What it reads from Skool pages you open

• Member identity already shown to you: display name, Skool handle, avatar image URL, and Skool user and member IDs
• E-mail addresses where Skool itself shows them to you as the community owner — the member directory, applicant details, and join-survey answers
• Join-survey questions and the answers members gave
• Community content you can already see: posts, comments, an open DM conversation, member and applicant lists, classroom and course structure, and the community metrics Skool displays
• The community name and the address of the Skool page you are on

9.4 What it does not do

• It runs on skool.com only, and has no access to any other website you visit
• It does not read your Skool password, your payment details, or your Skool account settings
• It does not browse Skool on your behalf and does not read pages you have not opened
• It does not post, comment, react, or send messages on Skool. Anything Coach App writes for you is a draft that you send yourself
• It does not record keystrokes, take screenshots, or track your browsing anywhere
• It does not sell extension data, and does not share it with advertisers or data brokers

9.5 Where the data goes, and why

• Over an encrypted connection to your own Premium Life account on coach.premiumlife.app, and to no other server
• It becomes your contact records, your community activity history, and the context your AI Coach uses to answer you about your own members
• It is stored under your account. Other Premium Life customers cannot see it
• Content captured this way may be processed by our AI providers as described in section 5

9.6 Data kept inside your own browser

The extension also keeps a small amount of data in your own browser and nowhere else: your Premium Life sign-in state, your settings, and short fingerprints of pages already sent, so the same page is not sent twice. Removing the extension removes them.

9.7 Removing the extension, and revoking access

• Removing the extension from Chrome ends its access to Skool immediately
• Revoking the Google sign-in permission is a separate action, and uninstalling does not do it for you. You revoke it yourself on your Google account's third-party access page, at myaccount.google.com/permissions
• You can delete individual contacts and their history inside the app at any time
• If you delete your Premium Life account, data collected through the extension is deleted with the rest, as described in section 11

You remain responsible for handling your own members' information lawfully, including any consent or notice your community and jurisdiction require. Section 7 applies to the extension exactly as it applies to the rest of the service.

10. Data Security

We implement standard security practices, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Secure authentication (OAuth)
• Access controls

However:

• No system is 100% secure
• We do not guarantee absolute protection of data

11. Data Retention

We retain data:

• As long as your account is active
• As needed to provide services

If you delete your account:

• Data will be deleted within approximately 30 days (unless legally required otherwise)

12. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion
• Export your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Withdraw consent

Contact us through official Premium Life channels to exercise these rights.

13. Cookies & Tracking

We use:

• Essential cookies for login and session management
• Limited analytics for platform improvement

We do not use advertising trackers.

14. Children's Privacy

Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

15. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in different countries. We apply reasonable safeguards in accordance with applicable laws.

16. Third-Party Links

We may link to external platforms (e.g., Skool, Slack, GoHighLevel). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

17. Membership, Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

Trial length, price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are the terms shown in the specific Skool offer or community through which you joined. Those offer terms and applicable law control if they conflict with this general document.

18. Access to Services

We may:

• Modify or remove features
• Limit or revoke access
• Remove users for violations

At any time, without notice.

19. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Attempt system exploitation
• Upload harmful or illegal content

Violations may result in suspension or removal. Billing, cancellation, and refund rights follow the terms of the selected offer and applicable law.

20. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, and materials are owned by Premium Life.

You may not:

• Copy or distribute content
• Resell materials
• Share access without permission

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Premium Life is not liable for any data loss, breaches, or damages
• We do not guarantee system performance, reliability, or security
• Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk

22. Beta Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• The platform is in beta
• Features may change or break
• Downtime or errors may occur

We may modify or discontinue Services at any time.

23. No Professional Advice

All content and AI outputs are for educational purposes only.

We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. You are fully responsible for your decisions.

24. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or material violation of these terms. Billing, cancellation, and refund rights follow the terms of the selected offer and applicable law.

25. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance of updates.

26. Governing Principles

By using the Services, you confirm:

• You participate voluntarily
• You accept full responsibility for your actions and data
• You understand the experimental nature of the platform
